- 1 Pressure cooker
- 2 Knives
- 1 Rolling Pin
- 1 Cast iron pan
- 1 Tongs
Ingredients
- 1 piece Frozen Pancake
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt ice
Instructions
- Take a frozen pancake out of the freezer
- Heat in your cast iron pan for 10 mins until browned
- Sprinkle with salt ice
